This pasta with tuna recipe can be prepared in no time with the cupboard ingredients: canned tuna, tomato sauce, capers and anchovies to intensify the taste. Easy and delicious.
150 g pasta (penne, farfalle or macaroni)
160 g (1 can) of tuna in oil
30 g of anchovies
2 + 2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons capers
Zest and juice of 1/2 large lemon
1 handful chopped fresh basil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (400 g) diced tomato pulp
1/2 bunch finely chopped fresh parsley
1Mash the tuna in a bowl with a fork and add the lemon zest and juice, 2 tablespoons olive oil, basil, salt, pepper. Set aside.
2Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the anchovies for several minutes. Add garlic and capers and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
3Then add the mixture of tuna and tomato pulp and simmer for 5 minutes.
4Drain the pasta and immediately add the contents of the pan. Stir, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
