Basil Avocado Pasta Recipe

Eat avocado differently ... Want to change the Spaghetti Carbonara and Bolognese? Try this recipe! You can decorate the pasta a few shrimp for a truly complete meal.

150g of pasta (your choice)

1 ripe avocado

1 dozen basil leaves

2 garlic cloves

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 cup of toasted pine nuts

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and freshly ground pepper

5-6 white mushrooms


1Start cooking your pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, make the pesto sauce by placing garlic, lemon juice and basil in a blender and mix until smooth. Then add avocados, olive oil, salt and pepper and blend until smooth and creamy.

2Once the pasta is cooked, drain in a colander and put the pasta in the pan. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms to the pasta and stir. Pour the pesto sauce in the pasta and mix gently.

3Add the toasted pine nuts to garnish. Serve immediately!
