In short, you let a fresh salmon rest in a dill, honey, olive oil and spices based marinade and then, you just bake it! Simple and savory!

Directions

1Mix dill, honey, oil, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, salt and freshly ground pepper in a dish. Rinse your fresh salmon and dry it with paper towels. Place it on the plastic wrap with the skin side down.

2Spread the dill based mixture on salmon, then wrap in plastic film. Marinate for 30 minutes.

3Preheat oven to 220 ° C (thermostat 7). Remove the plastic wrap, place salmon, skin side down, in a large baking dish. Bake it for about 15 minutes or until the salmon is flakey.

1 bunch of chopped dill

1 tablespoon honey

1 lemon

1 teaspoon ground coriander

2 garlic cloves, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

salt and freshly ground pepper
