This is a recipe of fresh salmon, marinated in a flavorful herb-based sauce before being baked in foil. A simple, delicious and healthy dish for two.

Directions

1In a small bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped parsley.

2Place the salmon fillets on a plate and cover with the marinade. Marinate in refrigerator for one hour, turning it occasionally.

3Preheat oven to 190º (thermostat 6/7). Place the fillets on a sheet of aluminum foil, cover with the marinade, and close in foil. Place the parcels in a dish and bake for 35 minutes.

2 fresh salmon fillets, about 150 g each

2 garlic cloves, chopped

10 cl of olive oil

1 teaspoon of dried basil

Salt and freshly ground pepper

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
