A sweet and savory dish made with chicken, pineapple, bell pepper and green onions. Easy to prepare, healthy and it is no less tasty and original!
2Mix soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oil, salt and paprika in a bowl. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for the time to prepare the rest.
3Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok. Add the bell pepper and sauté for 3 minutes. Add green onions and cook a few more minutes. Add the marinated chicken throwing marinade. Stir occasionally while cooking until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
4Drain pineapple over a bowl. Add cornmeal in pineapple juice and whisk. Set aside. Add pineapple to the wok and cook 2 or 3 minutes. Pour the pineapple juice and bring to boil. Simmer for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
